Progressive experience in retail lending and consumer finance operations in hfc,nbfc, banks being head of department for Operations ie disbursement, repayments, customer services, system automation projects across branch ops and central ops having expertise in building, running, leading end to end operations for multiple secured and unsecured loans across MSME, mortgages, auto, tw, personal, commercial vehicles and construction equipments loans as a CXO.

Handled large multi layer teams with strong leadership and retention deliverables.

Mr. Tejbir Sangwan - CFO

Tejbir has over 16 years of overall experience in the finance domain including more than a decade's hands-on experience in the Financial Services Sector. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an alumnus of IIM-Lucknow and holds bachelor's degree in commerce from MD University, Rohtak. He presently heads our Finance & Accounts, Planning & Analysis, Taxation, Treasury, Compliance & Secretarial and Audit.

Prior to joining Findoc group, he was Senior Vice President at Shubham Housing Finance to lead Finance, Account and taxation including compliance functions. Prior to Shubham Housing he was associated with Rico Auto Industries and a leading consulting firm of Delhi NCR.

In his various roles, he has set up Finance function practices & controls, implemented new age technology to scale and solve the business problems including transparent reporting by building and managing a highly skilled team.
